(Yield: 1-2 servings)
Ingredients:
14 Ritz crackers/Julie's cheese crackers
1 1/2 tablespoon Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tablespoon natural yogurt
7 seedless grapes (halved)
1 whole kiwi (sliced)
Directions:
- Stir cream cheese with yogurt until smooth and well mixed.
- Using a teaspoon, place a dollop of the mixture onto each cracker. Top with the cut fruits and serve.
JW requested for a light meal after his pm shift in A&E. I was bit busy and hence, I made these....He loved them so much so that we had these again the next night!
